Deposit Requirements

• $50 Deposit Before Any Layout/Design is sent out as a proof. We don’t design templates, but on demand and we are unable to put the job in to production without a $50 non-refundable design fee. Once you move forward with your job the payment will be applied to your work order and invoice.
• Before We Do Any Printing, Your Invoice must have received a minimum of 50% as a deposit. The 50% Balance is due immediately upon completion and before we leave the site and before you leave the property.
• Deposits For Jobs Under $1,500. After making the $50 design payment you will then approve your job for printing, once approved you must make a 75% deposit before the job is put in production. *no exceptions.

Graphic Designs

• Design Fees are Not Included for any of the work that we do.
  
• Printing Designs are either $25 or $50 (no files included)
• Graphic Designs are $50 or $100. (files included and custom fonts, pantone colors)
• Print Ready Designs must be properly designed. Using graphic design software such as coreldraw, illustrator, photoshop. Design at print size, CMYK Colors, 300DPI, All Text As Outlines, Export as PDF, or SVG, EPS.

Installations

• We don’t offer same day production and installation. You must wait a minimum of 24hrs after your graphics are printed before they can be installed.
• Installations are by appointment only and in most instances don’t require the customer to be on-site.

Shipping-Local Delivery-Pick Up

• Orders over $250 receive free delivery inside of a 20mile radius (delivered the next day after production is complete.
• Orders over $200 receive free standard usps shipping. (Rolled Up Products, Not Signs)
• Local Pick Up is Available the next day following your production and it’s by appointment only. Available anytime with a 3-4 hour notice.
